"House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) on Friday asked the White House and the Pentagon for documents that could shed light on when the Bush administration learned of the friendly fire death of former NFL star Pat Tillman.
Waxman, who held a hearing this week on misinformation from the battlefield that focused on Tillman, seeks to find out “why the Tillman family and the American public were misled about the cause of death of Army Corporal Patrick Tillman.”"
