"After District Attorney Mike Nifong was disbarred on Saturday for misconduct in the Duke Lacrosse rape case, he was kicked out of his office on Tuesday.

Superior Court Judge Orlando Hudson ordered a sheriff to visit Nifong's home to strip him of the keys to his former office and his badge that allows him access to the building. He did this after he learned that Nifong planned to use his office until mid-July."
