Joe Anthony Reaches Out to Politics 2.0 - Joe: "This will take time, but believe me, I'm still working day and night to find the best way forward." - By Alex Hammer

"I'd like your advice" Joe wrote me, in one of his earlier MySpace messages, now totaling over a dozen that I have recently received from Anthony.

"There isn't really a way to resolve anything between me and the campaign, and these guys certainly have more power than I do!" Joe writes also to me.

Anthony remains steadfastly determined, writing: "This will take time, but believe me, I'm still working day and night to find the best way forward."

and others, Joe has challenged the blog reporting of Obama Internet guru Joe Rospars

My Response to Joe Anthony: 160,000 Reasons Not to Fold - By Alex Hammer

continued from above:

At this point I don't feel comfortable sharing the advice given to Joe as he continues his efforts in this ongoing saga

and Joe has to my mind been his own best effective advocate and I believe represents himself extraordinarily well by himself.

He writes also of an appreciation for TechPresident's Micah L. Sifry.
"Micah at techpresident is the only one I've trusted throughout this ordeal and that's why I contacted him. I'll never forget that he was the first to stand up for me."

I wish Joe well, and frankly while I don't think this issue is bigger than the Presidential race, it is important to realize that they are not mutually exclusive!! and may in fact be highly connected.

It's important to see now how all candidates treat the "little guy", especially when that "little guy" is so darn effective and helpful (and reasonable I might add).

From what I know so far I'd definitely like to see Joe prevail, or more precisely, I'd like to see a fair resolution for all parties.

I believe also that if there is to be what many feel is any chance for real justice in this case that it will come through the efforts of fellow bloggers and others not happy with how things have come out for Joe so far in this situation.

Perhaps the Obama campaign does have a more compelling response, I don't know.

What do you think?
